Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

To start a return, email sales@essentialbalancebymafe.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it   right

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll email the outcome. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; banks and card issuers may take additional time to post them..
